DSIC respects all national and international regulations and market order, takes initiative in establishing fair trade order, and respects social norms and conventions. The company contributes to the growth of the country and community by engaging in corporate social responsibility activities.

Hence, DaiShin Information & Communication enacts and abides by the following Code of Conduct to develop a healthy and just corporate culture.
Ⅰ. Attitude toward Shareholders and Investors

1. Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Shareholders

- The company must protect the rights of the shareholders and respect their reasonable requests and suggestions. - The company must disclose management information to build a mutual trust relationship with shareholders and investors and make efforts to maximize the benefits of the shareholders.

2. Fair Treatment

- The company must fairly and equally treat all shareholders, including minority shareholders. - The company must make all business decisions in consideration of the benefits of all shareholders, and ensure that the rights and benefits of minority shareholders are not unduly infringed.

3. Active Sharing of Information

- The company must keep records of and manage financial information while complying with the conventionally accepted principles of accounting, and openly and transparently disclose financial statements and business performance reports. - The company must provide in a timely manner accurate business information according to the related regulations to ensure that investors and other information users can make reasonable investment decisions.

1. Respect toward Customers

- All members of the company shall always strive to act and think in the view of the customers, and make efforts to ensure customer satisfaction with the best products and services that can be trusted by the client. - All members of the company must provide accurate information on the products and services, without misrepresentation, to the customers.

2. Customer Protection

- The company must protect the benefits, safety, and personal information of all customers and must not take part in unfair activities that may harm them in any way. - The company must respect and abide by all laws and regulations related to consumer protection.
Ⅲ . Attitude toward Competitors and Partners

1. Fair Competition with Competitors

- The company honors the fair and free order of the market economy based on the principles of free competition, and participates in fair competition with competitors. - The company respects fair trade order and abides by all laws and regulations related to fair trade.

2. Fair Trade with Partners

- The company aims for shared growth with partner companies based on mutual trust and a cooperative relationship with fair trade. - The company must not take advantage of its supreme status to force unfair action of any kind or exert its influence on partner companies.

1. Fair Treatment

- The company must not treat any employee in an unfair manner and provide fair opportunities based on the individual’s skills and capabilities. - The company must evaluate and reward employees fairly based on their skills, capabilities, and performance.

2. Promotion of Creativity

- The company must make efforts to ensure the health of the employees and provide a safe work environment. - The company respects the individuality and creativity of each employee and provides fair opportunities for all to develop their capabilities and skills, foster talents, and provide opportunities for self-realization. - The company respects the individual characters and basic rights of all employees and must create an environment where everyone feels free to communicate ideas and suggestions.
Ⅴ. Responsibilities to the Country and Community

1. Compliance with National and International Regulations

- As part of the country and community, the company must abide by the various regulations and internationally accepted laws and regulations.

2. Contribution to the National Economy and Social Development

- The company contributes to the national economy and social development by enhancing productivity, providing jobs, rightfully paying taxes, and engaging in corporate social responsibility activities.

3. Protection of the Environment

- The company protects and makes efforts to preserve a clean environment.
VI . Basic Ethics of the Employees

1. Healthy Corporate Culture

- All employees take part in sharing the management philosophies of the company and conduct themselves by its goals and values to actively engage in their responsibilities as outlined in the company rules. - All employees take part in creating a corporate culture based on effective communication and mutual trust among all members of the organization. -- All employees take on their assigned responsibilities with justice to the best of their ability and abide by related laws and company regulations.

2. Avoiding Conflicts of Interest with the Company

- Employees must make efforts to avoid any conflicts of interest with the company, and must always prioritize the benefits of the entire company when faced with such conflicts of interest with the company or the team.

3. Prohibition of Using Internal Data

- Employees must not trade stocks using the internal data obtained for work purposes. - Employees are forbidden from sharing confidential information that may affect the stock prices of the company to a third party without following the appropriate procedures.

4. Protection of Company Assets and Important Information

- All employees are obligated to protect the real property, intellectual property rights, and confidential business information, and are forbidden from using such information for personal gain. - Employees must not engage in unjust trading of confidential information obtained from the company or take advantage of their positions within the company for personal gain. - Employees must not disclose important information that can affect the company to anyone outside the company.

5. Prohibition of Political Engagement

- All employees must not engage in political activities during work hours and must not use any part of the corporate organization, staff, or assets for political purposes. - Although the political rights and views of all employees are respected, they must ensure that their personal political views and activities must not be represented as the view of the entire company.

6. Prohibition of Bribery

- Employees are forbidden from accepting money, gifts, or any form of bribery from parties concerned such as partners and clients. - Employees are forbidden from giving money and gifts or other forms of bribery that goes beyond the social norm to parties related to the company including partners and clients. - Employees are forbidden from giving or accepting money or excessive gifts to or from another employee.

7. Abiding by the Code of Ethics

- All employees must abide by the Code of Ethics, and must take responsibility for the consequences upon violation. - All employees are to report to the Code of Ethics team if they are forced to violate the Code or are faced with wrongful behavior. - In case of violation of the Code of Ethics, employees must determine the cause of the violation and prevent reoccurrence with education.
